Pretty good business hotel! Check in was smooth, the counter staff was very helpful in introducing the breakfast menu for selection. Price was also more than reasonable, rooms were clean and neatly presented!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Onyx Hotel & Villa in Tanjung Uban, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Despite being a small boutique hotel, the service was truly 5-star. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. The accomodation itself was beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly set Onyx apart was the service that I received from manager till to the staff with same standard service. I also managed to meet their General manager I guess, Mr. David( not sure correct name or not) and I understood why this small hotel has 5 star service, i could sense that he is the one. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I would highly recommend Onyx Hotel & Villa to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Tanjung Uban. The combination of luxurious amenities, stunning surroundings, and exceptional service makes it a must-visit destination.

They are very good in protecting the welfare of the customers. We are given 1 hours extra to checkout due to our unexpectedly punctured tyre and make our entire trip late by an hour. Kevin the good samaritans here, please book Onyx Hotel they have exceptional customer service and support. The bed was so comfortable and the toilet is spacey!

Best services I've ever had! Everyone is so helpful and nice. The room is clean and everything in the room work perfectly. Would recommend it definitely!
