One of the best, if not the best resort, I have been. Every staff is friendly and ready to assist in all ways possible. A very special shout-out to Chef Asim. My family and I see your deduction to make the best of every ingredient you have into delightful dishes, resulting in every meal a memorable one. I feel bad I do have have a big enough stomach to favor every dish you designed on the menu. I wish every staff in Club Med Bintan, great success and continue to make this resort a memorable one for every visitor. Thank you Julien for leading a great team. I look forward to my next visit. I recently traveled to Club Med Bintan without reading any reviews or having any expectations and I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was, from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Yes, the rooms could benefit from some renovation, as they feel a bit dated. But honestly, that’s a small detail compared to everything else the resort offers. The daily schedule is packed with fun activities for all ages, the food is varied and delicious with options for everyone, and the service is exceptional — every staff member was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The beach is a real highlight: soft white sand, clear warm water, and a wide range of water activities. One of the best swimming spots nearby SG. A special thank you to the hardworking staff who keep the energy up from morning until late night, including the lively and entertaining evening shows. It really gives the place a warm, family-like atmosphere:) And a personal thanks to Shae for the guidance and great energy — such a kind and lovely person who made our stay even more enjoyable.:) I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Club Med Bintan team!

We had a wonderful time at Club Med Bintan. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The first day our children did not want to go to Kids Club, by the end of the four days they didn't want to leave! The food and catering staff really looked after us and made our last night very special, thank you to Chef Azim for his hospitality. Everything was taken care of and the staff work tirelessly to give you the best possible experience. The shows and entertainment, the activities all day long, food and drinks available throughout the day which is great as we didn't have to miss out on activities because of meal times. Only downside was that the room felt a little dated, but it was comfortable otherwise. Also, we were warned by staff and notices in the hotel that there were jellyfish but we took our chances and unfortunately two members of our family got stung. However, it didn't spoil our experience and we would happily return again. Special thanks to Zan, Finn, Garfield, Rere, Ananda, Hayley and all the Mini Club superstars for giving our boys an unforgettable holiday. Thanks also to Lucky for his great service and my friend from West Papua. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Great place to have a stress free vacation. Lots of activities to do and you do it at your own choice. The all inclusive F&B is a great way to enjoy the site without having to worry about keeping tabs on the bill. To top it all, the service from the service staff are all super friendly and cheerful. They never fail to put a smile on your face. As Bintan has a tropical climate, it will be helpful if there are more air-conditioned restaurants and play area to help guests to cool down. Also, would love to have cycling and running activities since Bintan has lots of space to explore outside the resort.

I had such a great time at Club Med—it truly made for a relaxing and fun getaway. The all-inclusive setup made everything so easy, and I was really impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. The food was consistently excellent, with lots of variety, and the drinks were great too—plenty of options and always available. What really stood out to me was how many activities there were to choose from every day, whether I felt like being active or just taking it easy. It felt like there was always something going on, but without ever being overwhelming. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, good vibes, and great service. I’d definitely go back!
