Great location right by the harbor and very comfortable room. The bed was very comfy and the pillow selection was great. The room had two balconies and was decorated in a chic mid century modern style. Also a very roomy and delughtful shower. A delicious cooked to order breakfast is included. All of the staff members were very pleasant especially Angelica. This hotel is a gem and is a great home base to explore Auckland.

Highly recommend Ohtel. We were a group of 9 and were thoroughly looked after during our stay. Lovely free toilettries and amenities in the room, including alternative milks if needed. Welcome drink on arrival and friendly staff. Smart rooms in a quiet location. They looked after our luggage for a few hours after check-out as we had a late flight, which was very appreciated. Easy walkable distance to the harbour and main shopping precinct. Will definitely return.

Loved our stay here. The staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and I really like the decor. As for the location, it was perfect for our needs with easy walking to the Viaduct, downtown, and the ferries. We'll definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Ohtel Auckland, the room was clean, spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Prior to arrival, I had got in contact with their team as I wanted to book a car park. They returned my message promptly and had a car park reserved. On the day of arrival - check in was a breeze and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming - wish we had asked his name because he was the perfect host! The parking garage is right next door and they give you a handy instruction card. The room was spacious and the decor was cute, the shower pressure was great and everything seemed very thoughtfully set out. We were able to get a late check out, and the morning staff were very accommodating. The location is good - close enough to everything but very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend! Great location, close to the waterfront, shopping, and public transportation. (The train is a short walk from this location.) Our room was very comfortable with quality amenities. The mini bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced. The coffee setup was next level with a Nespresso brewer and milk frother. Complimentary fresh milk (oat, soy, whole, etc.) in glass bottles is restocked daily. There is a pillow menu that has exactly what you are looking for and more. Room service was quick, delicious, and provided at no additional cost beyond the price of the meals. I also appreciated the absence of a clock and phone. It removes clutter, and needless distraction while on holiday. (A smart choice that allows the "extras" at no additional price?) Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I've had the pleasure of enjoying.
