Our stay was amazing! Something the other reviewers haven't mentioned is that they offer FREE BIKE RENTALS for 3hrs with helmets and locks to all guests. For club room privileges; the Happy Hour is 2 hrs of UNLIMITED drinks (incl cocktails) and the food served is enough to fill you. They served Truffle Mac n Cheese when we were there. You also get access to veggie chips and non-alcoholic drinks (hydration water, coke zero, soda, coffee) throughout the day until 11pm. The breakfast is delicious, very western, except for 1 steam bun option. The pools are both great and they offer classes like water fitness/spin in the morning or yoga classes. Each room came with a yoga mat which I used on my own on the roof. They also offer free laundry for 2 articles of clothing everyday! The only thing is that our room (club king) washroom was a little weird, with sliding tinted glass partitions. If the lights are on in the washroom and not the bedroom, you can see directly in, so use the low light. There is a funny speaker dial in the washroom connected to the TV so you can amplify the TV sound inside the washroom. Overall it was 10/10 - beautiful building, amazing amenities, excellent location, and right outside of the subway station with an almost direct line from the airport.

A Tranquil Green Escape with Excellent Hospitality. Entire property is covered in vibrant leaves, creating a peaceful and serene ambiance. Staff member was warm and welcoming. I had the flexibility to have a late checkout when directly booked from their website. The breakfast buffet was great but not outstanding. what truly stood out was the all-day refreshments minibar, which was an absolute delight. Having access to drinks and snacks throughout the day is just perfect. Didn’t get to try out the spa but overall it’s highly recommended and will definitely visit here again.

The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the service is truly outstanding. We accidentally checked into the wrong room, but the staff went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a great place to relax with an incredible view of Singapore. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!

Peaceful Escape in the Heart of the City – Oasia Hotel Downtown I had a truly impressive stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown. The exterior design is stunning — a real oasis in the middle of the city. It’s unique, green, and eye-catching, making it stand out beautifully among the urban landscape. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from both the MRT and bus stations, which made getting around very convenient. My room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Everything was well-prepared, creating a relaxing and peaceful environment. What impressed me most was the staff. They are not only friendly and polite, but also genuinely service-minded. I had pressed the “Do Not Disturb ” button in my room, and the next day, I found a thoughtful note from housekeeping, followed by a confirmation phone call to make sure it wasn’t done by mistake. That level of care and attention really shows their commitment to guest satisfaction and great internal communication. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.

I stayed at the Oasia on this trip to Singapore as I have been wanting to try it after seeing it covered with plants. Not too many high rise buildings that look like that! The rooms are not big but very functional and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Service is fast and efficient. I’d happily stay again
