Booked 3 nights here from 19/12/24 for my husbands surprise 40th but only stayed 1. Was not happy at all with the train line right next to the building/our rooms (oversight on my part) and the noise from the room above was ridiculous all night! Passenger trains were loud but the freight trains every 3 hours were insanely loud and frustrating!
Must be residential above as they were walking around ALL night with loud bass music playing from 7pm-5am, doors opening and closing, chairs grinding on the tiles outside etc. No reception desk after 9pm so couldn’t complain till 6am when I’d only had 2.5 hours sleep. My little kids and husband didn’t sleep either. Wifi reception was woeful in our room 712. We transferred to Oaks Margaret Suites which was much better! I’m thankful to Maria who assisted this transfer. The actual rooms were nice and modern but not a good location re noise and felt more like a housing commission area unfortunately

Noisy at night, build quality of the building is cheap and so you can hear people upstairs. Don't stay here if you need something quiet.
