We recently spent seven nights at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort and had a wonderful time overall. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and direct access to the beach, making it perfect for relaxation. The resort offers great amenities, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and various activities available. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly but not always quick to respond to requests, which sometimes made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while the hotel had a lovely ambiance, the cleanliness could have been a bit better to match the high standards of the resort. Despite these minor issues, we had a fantastic time and made unforgettable memories. With a little more attention to service and cleanliness, this resort could be truly exceptional!

A special shoutout to Sanju at the reception, she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm smile and kind attitude truly made us feel at home. A wonderful stay at a truly memorable hotel! This hotel is in a beautiful location—set on a tiny island, which adds a unique charm. You’ll need a small boat to reach it, and that itself felt like part of the experience. We stayed in the family suite, which was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Our child really enjoyed the stay! The long swimming pool was great, and the beach—as always in Bentota—was stunning. The highlight for us was definitely the food. Despite low occupancy during our stay, the hotel provided buffet meals twice and a lovely set menu for lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service stood out—staff were extremely friendly, always smiling and ready to help. It’s a very kid-friendly resort, with plenty of organized activities, a kids' play area, and options for boating with all the necessary facilities. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Great food, warm hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere made it a stay to remember. Highly recommended for families!
