The communication was super easy, and they had a fast response time to all my inquiries, which made the whole process stress-free. The room itself was wonderful and spacious—definitely bigger than I expected. I think I got the deluxe city view room and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The best part? The stunning city and harbor view, which was just as beautiful in the morning as it was at night. The hotel’s location was ideal—conveniently close to shopping and food streets, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. (Note: a deposit is required at check-in, as is typical.) While breakfast wasn’t included unless you added it during booking, they offer the option to add it during check-in if you change your mind. I was impressed by the cleanliness throughout—lobby, elevators, rooms, and bathrooms. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely book again if I return to Hong Kong!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the New World Millennium Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! This hotel is beautifully located in the heart of TST making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special thanks to Edmund he was cooperative, and always willing to assist with any requests we had. Their professionalism truly made the experience stand out.

Good hotel, great service from Edmund on reception, water front location is good but can't quite see the light show from here. Beds are comfy. Restaurants are good quality. Everywhere is clean. But pool area needs renovation as quite dated.

Stayed there for a few days, simply love it. Breakfast is something you have to go for, for their varieties in both Asian and Western brekkie items. Big applause to all the team members for the hard work, absolutely spoiled with the good quality in both food and service. Can’t deny how much a good morning make a good day, and how this hotel has wrapped up my morning start and night back in such wonderful way.
