Considered a great stay except for the receptionist on the night we checked in was not very helpful and welcome. Other staffs were very friendly and the maids were very nice. Breakfast was average. But overall a great stay. We stayed in Luxe room type. The bathroom door design was a bit tricky and we ended up hurting our fingers multiple times, beware if you have children.

Nice sleeping in the twins room. The location is very good since it is near the university, so it is surrounded by many restaurants, 7/11 and other comfortable. But the hotel let us check in a little bit late.

The rooms are clean and organized. The interior design is quite modern. The workers are extremely polite and courteous. We have had a great time at Neca Reiche
