ModernHaus SoHo is a gorgeous hotel and the perfect place for our group of three to stay! Very chic, modern-style rooms and the overall aesthetic of the hotel felt stylish yet comfortable. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with clean lines, great lighting, and high-end touches that made the space feel both luxurious and functional. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, ModernHaus SoHo strikes the perfect balance of cool and cozy. Highly recommend!

We had a really great stay here. The staff were friendly and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, the room was comfortable, decor was lovely, and having coffee/food/drink options on site was convenient. The location was ideal, being on a quiet street (for New York) but still being walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We travelled with our dog and the staff were very accommodating to her. There is also a park with grass around the corner which was convenient for city potty breaks. We would stay again!

My wife and I stayed one night for my wife's birthday and we couldn't be more happier with the experience. The concierge staff took care of my wife for her birthday and assisted us with switching our reservation on the spot. The restaurant "23 Grand" was amazing as well! We definitely recommend to anyone needing a stay and want amazing views from their room.

Although the room was small compared to other hotels where I've stayed, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. This was our 10th wedding anniversary, and after spending the entire day away from the hotel, we returned to a bottle of champagne, two delicious chocolate chip cookies, and a congratulations card. However, be prepared; as this is Manhattan, most things are pricey, including the rooftop bar, which is well-decorated and has a nice ambiance, but since the weather was mostly non-cooperative, we didn't get to use it as often as we would've liked. Kudos to the staff, and I would definitely stay there again!
