This hotel is a truly excellent option when visiting Kyoto. Occupying the top five floors of a 36-story building, it offers impressive, panoramic views that are a real highlight. Unlike many Tokyo accommodations, the rooms here are notably spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. While the views are a major draw, it's worth noting that not all rooms feature them. Each floor has 74 rooms, and 16 of these are inner rooms without an external view. The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, situated directly above Toyoda Station, allowing for seamless access upon arrival. For dining, the Penthouse restaurant on the 36th floor (conveniently located near reception) offers a buffet breakfast for ¥3,300, lunch for ¥3,000, and à la carte dinner options.

Breakfast was not normal nor was it up to expectations. Certainly not worth 3300¥ if it doesn’t come with your room. No laundry service, self service machines scalable. Cheap and good but you gotta camp for available machines. Don’t really think the daily cleaning was good. Could be better. Lobby could be overloaded and understaffed but it’s a small thing.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The service was incredibly friendly — the staff helped us track down our delayed baggage (from a third party) and kept us updated the whole time, which we really appreciated. The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were amazing. The location is unbeatable — directly connected to Toyosu Station and surrounded by great food spots. We loved it so much, we actually changed our plans and booked here again for the last two nights of our trip. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!
