The price is reasonable. The staff are helpful, and even though they don’t speak much English, they are kind and polite. However, the room wasn’t very clean, and I hope they can be more thorough in the future. I also noticed a smell in the room I was assigned—not terrible, but it was a bit confusing at first. There’s a laundry shop in front of the hotel and a café nearby, as well as a self-service laundromat at the end of the street, which I found very convenient. Plus, the veranda in front of the hotel is a nice touch. You can sit there while waiting for your delivery or car, or just relax and get some fresh air. Overall, it was a nice stay. ☺️

I have stayed at multiple hotel's and tried many different accommodation's in this area and would say that Metropoint is by far top tier. The rooms are quite new, very clean and fully functioning. I should note that I have stayed here for over 6 weeks now and been in different rooms and floors of the hotel. There is a restaurant in the main lobby which offers all the traditional Thai dishes you could imagine at reasonable price points. Lastly, I will say that the concierge is limited with their language as most only speak Thai, but they have put a lot of effort and patience into always getting me what I need. I will come back here when staying in the Bang Kapi district.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming and spoke excellent English, making check-in and any requests effortless. The housekeeping team was both kind and diligent. The view of the city from our balcony was nice. A major plus was the fantastic cafe across the street, which even offered a discount for hotel guests. The on-site restaurant was also great, serving delicious meals with convenient hours. Location-wise, the hotel had a fantastic local vibe while being close to everything. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice location, close to the airport, affordable rates. They upgraded the rooms to executive for us. Their checkout policy is damn strict.
