We had an incredible experience at Merusaka Nusa Dua! The location is perfect — right on a beautiful, calm beach with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel grounds are stunning, with multiple pools and lush landscaping. We loved the variety of dining options and the relaxed, elegant atmosphere throughout the resort. Most of all, we were really impressed by the staff — everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we’ll absolutely be back!

We had a great stay and felt truly valued, especially during a birthday surprise with a complimentary cake and singing waiters at breakfast. Guest Relations was super friendly, and room decoration for just €15 was a lovely extra. The hotel is in good shape overall, with some areas due for future updates, but public spaces like the pool, beach, restaurant, and lobby are well-maintained. Direct beach access with plenty of loungers and free towel service. Breakfast has plenty of options! For all cultures and tastes! Gym also good for exercising. Staff were very friendly and service-minded — even if English wasn’t perfect. So keep that in mind. Overall: Great value and perfect beachfront location! But don’t expect a European 5-Star house.

Perfect relaxing resort, food and rooms were all excellent with second to none service. We had a Deluxe pool access room which we highly recommend. Every member of staff went above and beyond our expectations, thank you all. We were celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary and received lovely cakes for both. We enjoyed a floating breakfast on our anniversary (extra charge - well worth the cost). Our air conditioning wasn’t working one night and was fixed within half an hour and we were offered another room until the problem was resolved. We will definitely return again without a doubt, can’t wait, see you next time Merusaka.
