Beautiful new room. Lovely view of the river. Excellent front desk service. New large TVs in the bedroom and living area. New age space saving designs for the rooms and pool area compared to other meritons without compromising quality. Wonderful space.

I had the best experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was looked after so incredibly well. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a stunning view overlooking the city of Parramatta. A very special thank you to Hussain and his amazing team—your hospitality truly made this stay unforgettable. You went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it really meant a lot. The experience at Meriton started very positively because of the warm and joyful check-in service provided by Marija. Quality and comfortability at its finest and enjoyed my "me" time at this lovely hotel. My first time exprience is truly delightful and will surely consider coming back. :)

We had a great overnight stay. The suite size was huge and the views were spectacular. Location was ideal, close to Church Street restaurant strip and with a Woolworths on the doorstep. Staff couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, and then when I left a jacket behind Declan went above and beyond to retrieve it (thank you!) and staff arranged for its safe return. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed overnight, everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool spa. Bed and room were quiet and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby.
