From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and hospitality. The airport pickup was seamless and hassle free, setting the tone for a perfect stay. Every little request we had was met with care and attention, making us feel truly valued. The room was cozy with a fantastic view and the overall vibe was just so relaxing. Special thanks to the staff for going the extra mile for us, we felt pampered throughout. Would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel for family stay. Close to Terminal 21 for shopping, central Marina for good Thai food and shopping places like Nike, adidas etc.. easily accessible to beach road and convenient. 7/11 located within 1 minute from hotel entrance. Family suite room with sea view is the best. Reach early for breakfast to avoid crowd. If you are traveling with kids this is the best place to stay.

My daughter Darya and I had the most wonderful time at Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort. I've traveled a lot across the world and have stayed in many first class hotels across the world and I can honestly say that Mercure Pattaya are on my top 3 hotels hands down!! Their attention to detail, customer service care, cleanliness, quality of care , food quality, amenities and sincerity from staff was top notch. But I do have to say and acknowledge, I give sincere gratitude and thanks to one of their outstanding staff members, Momo. Momo, made our stay at Mercure the most memorable that my 5 year old Darya has now took on to her so much, that she now calls her Aunty Momo. Thank you Momo for being an outstanding staff member at Mercure and going out of your way to deliver first class service that is incomparable. Because of our experience here at Mercure, I will be only staying at Mercure everytime I visit Pattaya and I my cousin and his family will be coming to Pattaya and will be staying here in Mercure also. Thank you Mercure and Momo for an outstanding experience and I will highly recommend Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort to all my friends and Family back home in Canada.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed our time. Highlights: Swimming pools (a quiet one for adults and a fun one for kids, and young at heart adults, good breakfast, lovely restaurant, housekeeping and door staff. There is also a big 7-11 close by. Location is excellent for catching the local transport (songtaews) and Terminal 21 shopping centre (very handy for the restaurants) is a 5 minute walk away. To be aware of: The multi-storey car park is a bit narrow if you have a big car - after the first time, we parked outside. The tiles on the bathroom floor are slippy. We both slipped and wondered why there was no rubber mat in the shower. Overall, a good value hotel with lots of facilities, friendly staff, fun swimming pools and a convenient location. We will be back for sure.

Love this hotel, great location, being close to shopping, the beach, markets and the famous Soi 6. The staff are excellent and make the stay so easy. The room upgrade on check in was a welcome delight, love a suite! The pool was warm, clean and very relaxing, it is low season so there are not many people here so it was really nice. Having a pool downstairs for the kids is great as it means that the adults don't have to put up with loud children and too much splashing. Breakfast has a good selection and the welcome cocktails on arrival were very welcome on a hot day.
