Pros: Walking distance to beach, Pacific Fair mall, restaurants, Tram, bus stops. Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms complete with amenities Stayed at 21st floor. Nice view. Cons: Front desk leaves at 5pm. Small cockroaches roam at night at T&B.

Awesome location if you want to experience Broadbeach and surrounding areas. Dracula’s and Pacific Fair are literally across the intersection. Super handy if you don’t want to use a car. Beautiful Cafe’s and Restaurants & Taverns. Close to the beach. Can’t fault my stay

Convenient place to stay. Very clean and roomy. Nice bright rooms. Ocean views were there but minimal. Only downer was listening to traffic all night. Not quiet location but great place
