Wow! Where to begin? The wonderful experience started weeks before my arrival. The concierge team is absolutely exceptional. The spa is incredible. The staff everywhere are totally amazing. Everyone cares so much about every detail. They hire passionate people and everyone was genuine. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. Lots of great restaurants on site. Breakfast was good. I can’t exaggerate. The lobby views were unbelievable. Stayed 10 nights and never was disappointed, except leaving. Hotel arranged transportation the was luxury and efficient. The gym is nice, could be bigger. They provide hypervolt massage equipment which was a nice added touch. Massages were perfect, rooms were comfortable. Best view from a massage room. Steam and sauna with warm baths set the tone of opulence and relaxation. Best view from a bathroom that I have ever had in lobby, I added photos. Views from the room were unreal, could clearly see mt Fuji. Ate in 4 restaurants and only complaint was not enough salad dressing for room service salad. Mandarin Tokyo raised the bar, will be tough to beat

From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. The hotel’s location in Nihonbashi offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern convenience, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and style, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provided breathtaking views of Tokyo’s skyline. The meticulous attention to detail in the room’s design, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated amenities, exemplified the hotel’s commitment to excellence. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was gracious, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my comfort. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel valued and well-cared for throughout my stay. In summary, my stay at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and prime location created an experience that I will cherish. I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

My family had a lovely stay. The rooms were beautiful with great views and the beds were very comfortable. At check-in we felt very welcomed by the hotel staff. We especially all loved the breakfast buffet on the 38th Floor and the hotel location was great. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

We couldn't wait to write this review of our stay and experience at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo - this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had and sets the bar for anywhere in the world! We were greeted at the reception with drinks and the hostess knew immediately that it was our anniversary and my wife's birthday. In fact - they were gracious enough to deliver champagne and a fruit tray to our room to make us and the occasion special! The amenities were stunning - our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, as was the entire hotel. The bar areas are alluring and comfortable, and the cocktails were exceptional. If you have the opportunity - booking the "Deconstructed Dinner" is a MUST DO and chef Kento was amazing. This was one of the most unique dining experiences we have ever had! We cannot say enough great things about the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo and we wish to take this opportunity to thank the management and staff for making our stay truly exceptional. Again - the finest hotel and service we have ever experienced! For any of our future travels, if there is a Mandarin Oriental Hotel present there will be no shopping around - that is the only place to stay! Rob & Gina Swan
