Good Stay, We as a family stayed in the property for 7nights in the property. It has a huge King size Bed and a spacious Bathroom and with a Bath tub attached. And also a 2 Dinning chair inside and it was a very comfortable stay and linens are also well maintained. And honestly the service also very nice. Room cleaning also prompt and they also a had a complimentary Breakfast starts from 6am and ends at 10am.

Last day Checkout was at 12pm and we are happily moving to Madina Inshaallah…

Our stay at Makkah Tower Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is very clean, and our triple room was incredibly spacious, with comfortable sofas and a nice view. The best part is the hotel's perfect location—just a **2-minute walk** to the Holy Mosque (Haram), making it so convenient for prayers.

The lifts were well managed, and the cleaners did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our pleasant experience.

Our Umrah was amazing, and our family felt truly blessed staying here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

We went for Haram view hotel room ,The room  is spacious ,like the shower room and amenities, specially hot water shower and having little dinning table ,2 big sofas to seat
However the beds leg end is facing qibla ,usually we should not sleep facing legs towards qibla
Another issue us just had breakfast in restaurent ,buffet,very disappointed with food options ,foods taste blend ,the mashed foul was not hot and quality was poor ,lack salt ,only liked the hot paratha and omelette , and chicken sausage and chicken curry type item cant remember and lots of juice and detox water
Not kids friendly menu,lots if salad not sure do you need that much in breakfast bar , the taste of food is not good at all ,only milk tea ,not flavoured teas like karak tea etc
The staffs are nice and kind .
Only food quality and taste is very dissatisfied and not enough option of food which is actually palatable .
After my first day review ,I noticed improvement in the food menu in breakfast,however  still not child freindly and I lived mashed foul but did not had it until the last day due to bad 1st day experience.This time the foul was hot but still lack salt ,its s shame. My daughter eats only pancakes and chicken sausage in our 4 days stay
Last day i tried her pancake and felt so bad that i dont know how she manage to eat it ,the machine they use for pancake dont cook all the pancakes evenly and its not yammy . You may consider having chicken sandwich,or prawn sandwich for children like a sandwich bar like u do for salad . Children only has options like chicken sausage ,bread ,cheese ,omelette
But for freshly omelette the cue is too long
I feel last year a chef was doing fresh pancakes for children which is better than this machine
Also i dont know why she dont like the waffles or bakery section at all , I struggle with her breakfast
Usually she loves bread but not in mecca this time .
I liked the yogurt and fruits
Last day there was karak tea which was good
I love mashed foul and its a great disappointment that i stoped having it in mecca tower stay
I felt mecca tower hotel location is best
The room was spacious
Great to have a small dinning table and a kitchen cooking unit and two sofas
There is a service phone on the floor which kept rininging
I love the haram view room but we also organise the coffee table and beds to make more spacious after that it was great
I do consider staying again in this hotel in future due to location but please improve your dining experience
Also improve air con in lifts and not all lifts are in accessible all the time

This is a beautiful hotel and it is located right next to the Haram. I had a great time staying here. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is literally downstairs. The service was wonderful and everyone that I interacted with was very pleasant and welcoming.
