Very good service from both kak and uncle. Huge kudos to them to keeping the hotel in good shape after 9 years. Room, toilet and lobby are clean and air-conditioned. Remember to take off your shoes before going in lobby and bring an ear plug for snorlax! You can get discounts up to 15 rm for three days in hotel with your student ID.

The staffs at this hotel were welcoming and helpful. The room despite of its capsule size were immaculate and surprisingly comfortable. The location also convenient because it's near main road, bus terminal and major attractions. No food allowed in the "room". Beside hotel there's non halal food court. For halal option there's several places within walking distance. Its recommended to bring earplug/earphone etc because the capsules were stacked together and the "walls" are quite thin and sometimes you can hear someone playing/talking with their phone, snoring, etc... Overall I'm satisfied with their services and accommodation.

This was my first time staying at this type of hotel, and I have to say, it was a unique and convenient experience. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including clean shared shower and toilet facilities, as well as special slippers since wearing your own shoes inside is not allowed. While most of the amenities are shared, you still have your own private space with a secure locker, which adds a good balance between privacy and affordability. One of the things I really appreciated was the thoughtful welcome kit they provided upon check-in. Inside, I found a pair of slippers, a toothbrush, and even a plug adapter for my room, which was a nice touch and showed their attention to detail. The overall cleanliness of the place was impressive, and despite the shared facilities, everything was well-maintained and hygienic. Safety was also not an issue, as the hotel had proper security measures in place, making it feel like a worry-free stay. While it may not have the luxury of a traditional hotel, it definitely offers great value for money, especially considering how much more affordable it is compared to other accommodations. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option that still provides comfort and convenience, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

I booked the hotel in Agoda, 4 single rooms. Never expect my grandma pass away 2 days before the reservation. The owner is very kind and sincere, she help me to contact the Agoda and give prior notice for them about unreachable of me due to funeral in rural area. Hence, I was able to get back part of money through email. Anyway, I'm very appreciate their team about the service and caring. Hope I got another chance to enjoy their hotel.
