Excellent housekeeping service. The staff consistently cleaned our room thoroughly and made sure all our needs were met. The entire hotel was well-maintained and spotless, showing great attention to detail. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily, which added to our comfort. The housekeeping team was always polite, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. It’s clear that the hotel puts a strong focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Room service was prompt and efficient. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The entire property was very tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a good choice for pilgrims, as the hotel provides shuttle service to and from the Haram.

I choose the hotel since its next to my hajj hotel, easier for me to coordinate with other kafilah members. Facilities quite complete and well maintenance and the service also excellence. For sure if the distance to haram not becoming consideration, I will back to this hotel for the service and reasonable fare
