I had a fantastic stay at Le Parfum! This cozy and clean hotel exceeded all my expectations. Old Quarter is 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service and accommodations. Although there’s a nearby construction site and you need to walk about three minutes to reach the hotel, it didn’t affect my experience at all. The peaceful atmosphere and warm hospitality more than made up for it. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

All staff are very nice and friendly. We have got a lot of help from the manager, Son. My partner hurt his arm accidentally and Son sent him to hospital calmly, allowing him to receive proper treatment immediately. We are so thankful for his help. The hotel is located in an alley, it may take a little while to figure out the exact location. However, the overall environment is great. It is highly recommended to stay here for your vacation.

Had an excellent stay at Le Parfum. The room is super clean and good size with any cooking utensils available from the front desk. The staff were super helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. They provided a free drink from their super lovely Cafe every day as well as bottled water in our rooms. It is around a 20min walk from the old quarter which worked out really well as the area wasn't too noisy. Would definitely stay here again if I came to Hanoi.

We stayed at Le Parfum in January 2024 for several days, and honestly, what a find! The Studio Apartment was perfect for us - spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. You can really tell this place used to be an old family property that's been lovingly renovated. The beds were so comfy after long days exploring the crazy streets of Hanoi! The location is just brilliant - tucked away in this quiet dead-end street near the train station, so you get a peaceful sleep but you're still only a 20-min walk from the Old Quarter and Beer Street. Best of both worlds! But the rooftop café is where it's at! The views over the city are amazing, and you've GOT to try their coconut coffee - total game changer! The salted iced coffee they do is pretty fantastic too. The staff were just lovely - always happy to help with directions or recommendations, and they made us feel right at home from day one. Le Parfum isn't just a place to crash - it's more like a little slice of calm in the middle of Hanoi's madness. When we come back to Vietnam, we're definitely staying here again!

We spent 3 nights here. The room was new and elegant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even supported early check-in, which was a big plus. Although there was a bit of inconvenience due to some construction nearby, the staff were extremely attentive and helped with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, making it a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Overall, a great experience!
