This hotel is located at a strategic location, convenient for travellers to walk to many famous spots around. It's very near to popular eateries as well. Room and toilet were modern looking and clean. Free flow of water is provided for guests on the ground floor. Staffs are polite and great with their services as well. The only downside is the water heater tends to get too hot in the beginning then it gets too cold after. A bit strange that I was unable to adjust during the shower. TV channels were not working well due to rainy weather with thunder and lightning which was understandable. Otherwise with the abovementioned facilities and services provided, it's definitely value for money! Definitely will come back again ??

Booked this hotel after a lot of searching, and I’m so glad we went with it! We got a room with a window, and it looked exactly like the photos. We also loved the room they assigned us — it was just perfect. Service was great from the moment we checked in. There was a small stain on the bed sheet, but they changed it right away — really appreciated how responsive they were. The staff were always warm and welcoming. The location is superb. We enjoy walking, and we were able to reach almost all our destinations on foot. The room was clean, water pressure was good, and the bathroom had a nice aesthetic too. Bonus point: they even provide an umbrella in the room for you to borrow. Such a thoughtful touch!

we booked a total of 3 rooms for our 3D Penang trip. Upon arrival at the hotel around 1130am on 12 Apr, the rooms were not ready which we were prepared to check in our luggage and come back later around check in timing (i.e. 3pm) however, as my mum was unwell after touching down, we asked hotel for a favor to help with giving us a room so she could rest. The staff was very kind to grant us a favor at no extra charge for the room. Throughout the stay, they kept checking in on our mum and helped with all ways they can to send my mum to hospital, to make sure we received the help we need. My family and I are very grateful to the hotel staff. Apart from this, location of the hotel is great, many eateries within walking distance. Rooms are clean and housekeeping is very efficient. Will definitely come back the next time i visit Penang. Thank you Le Dream Boutique Hotel.

Ideally located hotel right in the centre of town close to a major shopping centre, lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean with all the facilities anyone would require. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay, highly recommended.

everything about our stay was exceptional. We originally planned to stay just one night in George Town, but ended up staying for three because we loved it so much. The staff at the reception were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. They even opened the rooftop jacuzzi for us late at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole experience feel extra special. The location is perfect too — just a short walk to 1st Avenue Mall, Prangin Mall, and Komtar, so getting around and finding food or shopping was super easy. Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Would absolutely come back again.
