Our experience here was amazing it's a great spot to stay at in Hanoi, because it's not so busy and you're still close to every highlight in the city. The host is also very friendly and will help you out with everything you can also book trips with her and she even helped me retrieve my lost wallet! Me and my friend had such great time. Nice view also at the lake next to a nice coffee place. I 100% recommend this place to stay at!

A fantastic place to stay in Hanoi, whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler. The location is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They’re always happy to offer tips, directions, or just have a friendly chat, making you feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again—100% recommended!

The staff made the trip for me!! I can't imagine a better or more hospitable experience in hanoi. I was surprised at the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and how every staff member went above and beyond to help me. HIGHLY recommended!! A nice quiet place close to old town, but removed enough for a relaxing experience.

We had an amazing one-week stay at this lovely hotel, perfectly located just outside the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, with a peaceful view over a small lake (make sure to book a room with a window!). What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible owner. She organized the next steps of our trip with true expertise — even when all buses and trains were fully booked, she still managed to find us a bus! She also arranged a fantastic Halong Bay excursion for us, completely hassle-free. She is extremely responsive, caring, and genuinely committed to making sure everything goes smoothly. It was such a relief and a real pleasure to be able to fully trust her. Highly recommended!

Nice ho(s)tel, I stayed both in the dorm and a private room. Everything is clean. They are really helpful for whatever issue you would have. Vinh speaks really well english which is a nice plus-value. The area is a bit far from the center but it is quiet around a nice small lake.
