Friendly and helpful staff. Includes breakfast, ice cream, coffee, water, laundry 24/7. I stayed for a week and it was comfortable and central. I would have liked this hotel chain to be all over Asia. Thanks Kindness Hotel ♡!

We had a good stay in Kindness Hotel~ Everyone already mentioned the free drinks and ice cream, which is honestly great especially after a long day ??? They serve a no-frills Taiwanese breakfast which we enjoyed for each morning of our stay. The hotel is a bit dated, but given the price and the big rooms, I wouldn't complain. Just a tip, if you want to wash your clothes, don't bother with the (free) laundry as the wait is crazy. Just round the corner there is a super clean and affordable laundry shop (WashFun) which is a little further down from the convenience shop. Go there to wash and dry your laundry without the stress!

Good service, ice cream, snacks and coffee are unlimited refills for 24 hours. Washing machine is available also.

Great location and the best breakfast! They also have an all day coffee, tea cookie, and ice cream bar that is free and unlimited. My room was damp and smelled musty. The entire hotel needs to be updated.
