I do recommend Veg 'Seafood' Risotto,Pesto Risotto, White sauce Udon/spaghetti, french fries is hot and crispy, squid rings are nice too. Vegetable spaghetti has no sauce and plain tasting. Mash potato is cold and not really tasty. If u order hash brown, its only 1 single slice. All main dishes ingredients mainly consists of basic capsicums, baby corn, broccoli. Depending on what is ordered, mock prawn, mock bacon, olives and basil will be added. Drinks for almond based is nice if consumed hot. Cold drinks is too watery and too diluted.
Tried the double beef patty with the kimchi on an whole wheat bun and fries. Price is reasonable for a sit in restaurant. My kids ordered the spaghetti and fries, they want to come back to the restaurant , again. I was curious as what they meant by American Vegan restaurant, menu is in English as well. They have combo meals, that you can choose from. We didn’t have reservations but they were able to accommodate a family of 4. Not a fast food restaurant, service is great. Came back 6 months later and still good. 5 years later and still good. New decorations and machine ordering. No more combo deals, but still reasonable price.
When I went there, it was just a lady handling the whole shop given a decent crowd. She was organized and not all over the place which was cool sight. The soy patty burger was solid and not too bad pairing with their warm soy drink
Had a really unique experience at Ye Shu Shu Shi, a vegan American-style restaurant. It’s a self-service concept — we ordered through a machine and paid in cash, since there was only one staff working (and she had an injured leg, bless her). We picked up our food and drinks at the counter, took our own cutlery and sauces from the side station, and even returned our dishes to the basin to make things easier for her. Despite being fully vegan, the food was surprisingly delicious and super filling! A great reminder that a little kindness goes a long way — and plant-based meals can still hit the spot.
