Great hotel with very professional staff. It’s a great location above pacific place and the mtr station. The lounge is excellent with a good offer for breakfast and cocktail hour. We had a high floor room with a great view. We will definitely book for our next trip.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong, you can reach the hotel from the station through Pacific Place without going outside. It is also one stop away from the Hong Kong Airport Express station, and the Peak Tram station, Hong Kong's No. 1 tourist attraction, is just a short walk through Hong Kong Park. The building has a relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I personally enjoyed the Club Lounge, where I enjoyed a high level of dining from breakfast to afternoon tea and dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances visiting Hong Kong.

This hotel was much newer and luxurious than the review led me to initially believe. The lobby area and restaurants were up to date, clean, and luxurious. The hotel gym was large and had good equipment. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The rooms were a bit small but clean and up to date with comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Hong Kong! The only con was while the hotel is connected to a mall it is a bit confusing to walk anywhere from the hotel.

Location is great and convenient. The staff were very nice but the rooms definitely need renovation. It feels dated and has a moldy old house smell in the rooms. The lobby and hallway smells nice but the rooms have an unpleasant smell. I was disappointed that they didn’t spray the rooms like the lobby.

The service is so good. That's why I recommended many to hold their wedding here but the only thing is the ceiling is low. Light is a bit dim. I don't know the rooms. Didn't stay there
