This was our very first holiday with our two and a half year old daughter. We decided to treat ourselves and chose Marriott hoping for something a little more special and it was absolutely the right choice. You have given us a beautiful and unforgettable memory. First of all every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm and clearly took pride in their work. The design and overall feel of the hotel were fantastic and the location could not have been better. Next time we plan a holiday we will definitely choose Marriott again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at JW Marriott Gold Coast! The hotel is perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful, resort-style atmosphere. The food was exceptional across all venues — from the lavish breakfast buffet to the beautifully crafted dinners. Every meal was a delight! What truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely friendly — always ready to help with a smile. The attention to detail and care they showed made our stay feel extra special. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offering a true sense of luxury and relaxation. The lagoon-style pool is a highlight, and the overall ambiance is both elegant and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast — this hotel is a real gem!

I almost feel ashamed to say that despite having once lived on the Gold Coast and holidayed there many times since, I only recently stayed at JW Marriott Gold Coast. A simply stunning resort with outstanding service, food offerings and places to relax. Their JW Family programs are impressive, as is their famous salt water lagoon. I will absolutely be staying again and highly recommend everyone experience this resort for themselves at least once.

Stayed 4D3N with a voucher and given a great pool view. Was told critique was cool restaurant to have a meal and had dinner with my family. Coming from a place whereby I enjoyed food warm and hot to be presented a warm and easily cold dish after 5-10mins. Gave the staff my feedback and was told it was well setup by the chef as such to cater to local taste buds. Kudos to the staff Joey for her great empathy to have us a better temperature same dish to make it better. The pool was great and the hotel was very popular.

We chose JW Marriott Gold Coast to celebrate a birthday, and thanks to Sofia Soriano at the front desk, we had the perfect start. She gave us a warm welcome, explained everything clearly, and provided thoughtful extras for both myself and my child, making our check-in truly special. Having stayed at many hotels, I can say JW Gold Coast stands out as the best. The room was spotless, and every staff member (concierge, F&B and housekeeping) greeted us warmly and provided excellent service. The pool was just as amazing as we had heard, and throughout our 3-day stay, we enjoyed great dining options and convenient concierge support. It truly felt like a well-deserved treat. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!
