Nice cafe tucked in a quiet spot near JW Marriott. Recommended by a friend and we headed there on our way back from Tweeds Heads. We had the Nasi lemak bungkus with extra fried egg and the fried chicken. The Nasi lemak bungkus is delicious with warm rice and condiments. The sambal can be spicier then again we are Malaysian so we can’t expect it to be the spicy level of our standards. ? The fried chicken is freshly made and so good. I love the hint of the spices and it goes well with the rice. We took away the fish curry. I’d say it’s 9/10 and the fish is very good. Okra is Yums too. I wish it is a bigger portion but then $20 for that it’s quite a deal considering this is quite an authentic Malay cuisine. We will be back again.

Travelling in a big group is great for trying lots of food. Kopitalk was outstanding, the people were so accommodating for us with 4 kids. We ordered the meegoreng and nasigoreng for the kids and they inhaled it (great for us) and they got prawn crackers too. We ordered the tofu side dish, fish curry - so fragrant and cooked perfect, onion curry chicken which had so much flavor and the spiced fried chicken with sambal sauce, definitely get white rice with any of these dishes. Hubby even said great choice ? tonight!!

Discovered this gem of a place recently and fell in love with the ambience and food. Warm and lovely staff. Children and baby with me were comfortable as well. Indoor and outdoors seating plan is peaceful and aesthetic.

Unexpected hidden gem Malaysian restaurant. One of the best Malaysian food I even had. Quality good and good vibe, just a bit hard to find.

Really good authentic Malaysian fare with high quality ingredients. We ordered a bit of everything such as the Nasi Goreng, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Campur, Chicken Katsu. Different chilli sauces for different dishes which is a nice touch. Selection of Malaysian inspired mocktails was also a hit with the kids. Overall a nice experience dining here.
