Decent option for staying in central Seoul with easy access to the subway right outside. Our room was moderately sized, but dusty, with worn furniture and stuffy even using the AC. Hair dryer and USB charging cables provided were also faulty. Apart from our experience with the room itself, the staff were friendly and free luggage storage was possible before check-in.

Location is great just at entrance of subway.  Lines of food stalls operating by both sides of road throughout the night and are full of dining activities.  However the noise may affect your sleep in the room as the insulation may not be sufficient.  There are also many interesting cafes just across the road with popular ones forming queues before opening hours.

Hotel doesn’t look well maintained although room is generally clean.  Facilities are old and the towels provided are either with holes or looked stained.  Lights at the door are also not working.

We literally fell to the ground when we misstep on the platform bed edge at night.  The only chair provided in the room is also unstable with uneven legs.

The hotel decoration is currently Halloween ironically very suitable for its condition although the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! I booked this hotel because of the great location, walkable to ikseondong, changdeokgong, Insadong etc, and is right at the exit of jongno 3 ga subway. The rooms are small, dusty, and the towels and bed sheets were old and often stained. The bed was rock hard and room had insanely poor noise isolation. The room is in general really small and NOT CLEAN. There were pochas lined by the street every night where young and old would come and drink with their friends till the wee hours. If u get a room on level 2, u can literally hear screams and shouts and noise until 3am in the morning. They provide u ear plugs for night sleep. The bath room had wet and dry separation but the water would still leak out due to poorly maintained features. The toilet bowl is not the bidet version. There is only 1 lift and it’s extremely slow and old. They will not make up your room unless you inform the front desk in the morning. The ONLY plus point is the location and it’s someone helpful and polite staff. I also requested for extra towels on one of the night but it did not come. Overall I really will not recommend this hotel if u ever come to Seoul. U are better off with an Airbnb or capsule hotel.

Do not stay here if you want to relax. Rooms are very small, sheets were dirty. They haven’t heard of isolation. You can hear literary everything from the street and from other guests. If someone goes to the bathroom or shower, you hear it. And the worst part, check-out is at 12 o’clock and they called us at 11u30 to ask to check-out (in broken English). We had arrived at 2u30 in the morning so we were not amused by that call. Never experienced something like that before.
