From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had such an amazing experience. The staff were sensational. So warm, friendly and extremely respectful. Used our names every time. The gardeners, reception, room service, food service and security. If I have missed anyone I'm so sorry but you were all amazing. The breakfast had a brilliant choice. Loved the cocktails in the evening

WOW! We were blown away with our 4 night stay at Jeeva Klui. The room and private pool was amazing, clean, large, well set out and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever had. He outdoor area was perfect with a large day bed, sun lounges and chairs. The grounds were beautiful and plenty of places to sit and lay around right on the beach and at the pool area. It never felt crowded, and even though it rained most of the time, we never got tired of staying there. We had a massage and facial at the spa which was beautiful. What made this stay for us was the great service from all of the staff. We were treated like family every day. We ate in the restaurant 3 out of the 4 nights and had plenty to choose from and the breakfast and cocktails were great. We would especially like to say a massive thank you to Ken in the restaurant. He went above and beyond with service and talking to him was like we had been friends for ever. His ability to make you feel at home and welcome was so natural and he is an absolute star. We cannot wait to return to Jeeva Klui again and would recommend it for anyone wanting a perfect break.

Jeeva Klui Resort, I don't know how to begin to explain how amazing this destination is. The room was amazing The food was incredible, the day spa was relaxing, but the service, the service absolutely made this resort atleast an 11 out of 10. The people are so lovely.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay. Five Stars Isn’t Enough! We recently spent five nights at Jeeva Resort in Lombok and from the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The resort is absolutely stunning, immaculately maintained with beautiful, tranquil grounds that are clearly cared for daily by a hardworking and dedicated team. It felt like a private oasis. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff at Jeeva are in a league of their own. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the very first breakfast, they took the time to get to know us, and by the second or third day they already knew our coffee and breakfast orders by heart. It’s these thoughtful little details that made our stay feel so personal and special. The food was consistently delicious across all meals, with thoughtfully curated set menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every dish was full of flavour, and the kitchen team was always accommodating with dietary needs and customisations. We found ourselves dining at the resort almost every day simply because it was that good. After five incredibly peaceful days, we truly didn’t want to leave. I’ve stayed at several hotels during this trip, but Jeeva stood far above the rest. I’ll absolutely be looking to stay at a Jeeva property again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Lombok. We really enjoyed our time at Jeeva Klui. The resort is clean, authentic and it has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay ( especially Komang, Dini, and Ken) who were always kind and attentive. But overall everyone there is friendly and welcomes you. We stayed in a villa with a pool, which was very comfortable with having privacy. The bathroom was nicely designed and the bed was great. The food was tasty and the view from the restaurant and the resort in general was lovely. The beach was clean but most of the time there were waves which were a bit strong. So, it wasn’t ideal for swimming. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable place to relax. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a calm holiday in Lombok.
