I stayed at this hotel for some time, and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room was decent—nothing particularly remarkable, but reasonable for the price and location. It had everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and I had no major issues. However, one aspect that could be improved is the professionalism of the reception staff. There was no serious complaint, but I felt the messaging around the use of hotel facilities could have been clearer. A more polished and mature approach in communication would have made things smoother. That aside, the stay was generally pleasant, and the hotel delivered what one would expect for the price paid.

Well located sea facing. The rooms are huge with amazing views of the Arabian Sea and the queens necklace at ight. Staff are polite and well mannered. Small glitch when asked room service to cut the complementary fruits in the room. This is a small service and not expected a refusal. The breakfast was very good .

We stayed for one night along with our 1 year old during our visa process. The service was excellent and the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The head chef Mr Sawant made sure that we got baby food before we checked out of the hotel. The stay was super comfortable and we would definitely come back!
