We 8nly used it for one 2 nights but the hotel was well equipped and clean

My family and I stayed here whenever we go to Cambodia for vacation. There is a lot to do around the area. It is in a convenient area because we have access to the street food and markets near by. In my opinion their service is good. When we were placed in a room where the AC was not cool enough, they were accommodating and moved use to another room even when most of the rooms were full because there was a program that brought these children to stay at the hotel so they can explore and play soccer.

The hotel's facilities are good, the bedroom is clean, but the reception is not good. When I asked to check out and there was a 30-minute delay, the female staff member's face was not satisfied when she talking to me. Everything is alright except her
