Very pleased with my recent stay at Ibis Melbourne Central. Super close to cafes, restaurants and shopping in CBD and there’s even some good massage places right around the corner. Reception staff were friendly, attentive and helpful from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Staying at Ibis Melbourne Central was convenient and easy, from the perspective of location, as well as check in and check out processes. The rooms are compact, but comfortable and very clean. The only improvement I'd suggest is a mirror on the opposite wall to the vanity. Due to the odd shape and depth of the vanity, I had to stand more than an arms length from the mirror or side on to it. That made shaving very difficult. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It took two requests to get extra pillows, but they eventually arrived. And I loved the complimentary cold sparkling water on tap, on L2. I'd stay again next time I'm in Melbourne.

My experience was very good. I would recommend it to anyone who is passing through, for work and even on vacation. The hotel reception was excellent. We arrived early (10:30 am) and the room was ready. We came from a very long trip, but thanks to Shivana we were able to check in expressly, which was a relief. I would recommend it a thousand times.

Impressed with the fast self check in where ur room card is printed on the spot. Room is very comfortable, although the air conditioner control had some issues. Everything functioned very well. Especially love the location as it’s within walking distance to most places
