I loved this hotel and the area very much. Reception and lobby were very nice. Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was wonderful, very clean and pretty. Bed was comfortable. They provided toiletries in a pretty bag along with free bottled water, coffee and hot chocolate. Cute Italian restaurant next door; I ate dinner twice there and food was very good. I definitely recommend and would stay there again if I ever go back to Kyoto. Thanks for everything!

Rooms are quite small but that's the norm in Japan hotels. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Location is amazing, super close to the subway and bus stops ! Very walkable street and Family Mart a quick stroll away. Would definitely be back!!

Great hotel. Spacious and it has everything you need. Very friendly staff (only not that fast over email contact). It’s in the middle of downtown, so close to shopping area but you have to walk a bit to Ginza, take public transport to the highlights of Kyoto. But it’s in the middle of everything!
