19 Guijie St, Dongcheng, China, 100007
Affordable. Worth the pay. Nice breakfast. Free breakfast and WiFi complementary. Many restaurants are available on either side of hotel. To your right you will find subway and McDonald. They don't speak English. Its unfair to expect that when ur in China :)
Good location: A short (
Nice hotel and located very close to a lot of restaurants. - concierge is on the first floor and they do not speak English - check in on the 3rd floor where they have English speaking personnel - 4 star was given because everything was expensive compared to restaurants and shops around the area. * side note.. google services are blocked in China. Use apple maps or download amap if you can read Chinese
My initial stay was for 4 days, but I extended it for a full 7 days more. The rooms in here are super spacious, compared to any other hotel in the same price range. I stayed in three different rooms during my 10-day trip. The staff does not speak English but will try their best to understand and accommodate your request. I would especially like to call out Asgar, who would order me late night McDonald’s and who also guided me to a nice pub in the vicinity. The WiFi was flaky, could only connect to one device at a time.
Room is spacious with excellent desk for working with a laptop. Sound insulation is good, not much street noise. Location is practical, in between (about 800m walk) several metro stations and lots of restaurants. Lama temple is about 1500m walk. Breakfast was just average and not really worth the RMB 125. Staff speaks very little English.
