Location was really good, just on the edge of the thick of it but not too bad of a walk to most places, nice pool on the roof and they provide pool towels. There was little or no shade so we didn't bother with the pool but the view was great. Breakfast was not so good, there was a bit of something for everyone but nothing amazing. Bed was a bit hard but other than that the room was good.

Nice hotel in a great location, close to plenty of places to eat and malls like First Avenue, Prangin Mall, and Komtar. It’s also just a short walk from Penang Road. The room was okay, but the shower area flooded quite easily. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay. Here's the view from my room.

You know how Georgetown is. Chaotic with traffic if you’re driving on weekends. I love this hotel because theres plenty of parking spot inside the building itself. Less headaches. The room? There’s nothing to complain about. It’s just a simple room but it’s nice and clean room with such affordable price. Maybe not aesthetic kinda hotel. But still, worth to stay, worth the money.

Great location and this hotel has a nice cafe where you can relax and chill while having good food with live band. The staff at the cafe specially Cecelia, Nelson and Avy are very friendly and they serve with excellent service!! Always with big smiles and good vibes ..do look for them when visit the cafe ??? .. a good place to enjoy in Penang..
