I stayed 3nights with my parents, and they loved it very much! The room isn’t that small than the other hotels in Tokyo. It was comfortable enough to stay here. The location was perfect, just 5mins by feet direct to Tokyo station and you can also find convenience stores near hotel. Staff were very friendly and kind. I would recommend here very much and definitely will stay here again when I visit again to Tokyo!

I loved this hotel. It's a short train ride from all the craziness while staying in a more quiet area. All the amenities in the room you will ever need. Walking distance to Ginza. Tokyo station is a 3 minute walk. We took advantage of the luggage storage while visiting Osaka and Kyoto before heading back to tokyo for our last night. I will absolutely stay again for my next visit to Tokyo. 5 stars ?

All employees in the hotel were so kind and nice to us. Most kinds of amenities were fully well prepared. The size of a room is good enough. Location is the best of the bests. nearby Tokyo station. Room condition was very good and clean. Will definitely use this hotel again when I come back to Tokyo. Really appreciate your kindness during my stay. The room is tight even by Japanese standards and could do with updating. It is otherwise clean and functional. The staff is very friendly end accommodating. Breakfast is fine but does not change day to day, which isn't ideal for a multi-day stay. The location is ideal for those wanting to be close to the train station.

Great little hotel within 10mins walk to Tokyo station through the underground shopping walkway, entrance is just 1min walk. Great amenities with 2 free bottles of water and a welcome green tea bottled drink. No smoking smell and yet it has a smoking room in the lobby. Great feature.
