Extremely lovely man working front desk, he gave us free washing powder when we asked about clothes washing in the room. Quite spacious rooms for a Japanese hotel at this price and having a fridge and microwave is very nice for Konbini food.

We had a great stay in Kyoto in this hotel. The location is perfect as it is quite but you are in the city center in just 5 minutes walking. Staff was very nice and friendly and leaving luggage was no problem at all and without charge. Thank you!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 1 week. Excellent service and room was clean (aside from dust under the beds which I hope cleaning staff will look into). Laundry machine is included in room (complimentary detergent available at reception) and drying system in shower room worked very well. Situated on a residential street with subway station located 5 min walk away. Supermarket 10 min walk away. In a very convenient location. Also vending machine in the lobby was a plus! Key system worked flawlessly. Will be back to stay with them when I come visit Kyoto again! Would highly recommend to any travellers looking for an apartment style accommodation.
