We absolutely love our stay at Hotel Indigo! We invested well in our trip. My husband is 6’2” and with us both having suitcases, we looked into larger rooms with larger beds. Our room had a nice king bed, great cutout for the tv, coffee machine, very nice bathroom with walk-in shower, separate space for the toilet, and a nice vanity. I love the design with the beautiful Japanese wood details and touch of black hardware. We have a beautiful view of shibuya. We have access to the shibuya fun the second we walk out of the hotel. We love ending our days at the Don Quixote store that’s at the 1st floor area is the hotel. I like their gym too! It is sneakily well-equipped with everything organized in a sleek way. I’m not picky—I just need an cardio source and basic weights. Everything is beyond comfortable, clean, and chic! Thank you all for a great stay!

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 13 day trip to Japan! While the rooms are on the smaller side, everything is thoughtful and clean. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the front desk service. The location is unbeatable and walking distance from many major attractions. Also, the hotel itself is new and you can tell there is great attention to detail and care put into making the guests feel comfortable. Would stay again!

Great location in heart of Shibuya. We had a King High Floor Premium room on the 26th floor - the room size was sufficient for us as a couple, it was nice to have a bit more room to maneuver bags/packing. We felt comfortable. Noise was not a problem at all at that height - it was intensely quiet to where I use white noise on my phone to sleep. Highlights: Shower pressure and Japanese bidet style toilets were exceptional. Room was very clean and cleaned daily while we were out and about. Beds were also very comfortable and no issues with temperature in room. Opportunity: Gym was on smaller end with 3-4 people in at same time and weights were limited to 10kg max dumbbells, but I was happy to have a gym and other than being small it was clean and had enough to get the job done. Overall, great location, service, and facilities. Would stay again if returned to Shibuya

We had an amazing stay at this place. It’s located super central and we walked to a lot of places and restaurants in Shibuya and Shinjuku. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was perfectly clean with stylish interior, the shower had amazing pressure and we had a wonderful view over Tokyo. The beds were really comfortable and we highly appreciate that they didn’t have a strong fabric softener smell. We ended up having breakfast in the hotel even though we didn’t initially book it- wish we would have though! It was an amazing buffet with quality food and a crazy selection of breakfast items. We were able to get some gluten-free and dairyfree options, too. They stored our luggage and even offered us an early check in with our Baby. Would 100% stay again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to the front desk staff! The customer service was superb. The location is amazing as you’re literally close everything, even the train station. The restaurant was okay. I booked the premium king room on a high floor and it was FANTASTIC. The hotel was clean. The amenities were great. I felt safe in this hotel. As a solo traveler, I was overall happy. Although I’m leaving a five star review, there were some issues. Many times, around 8 to 10 PM, hotel staff or housekeepers would just try to open my room door without knocking. If it wasn’t for the latch, they would have invaded my privacy. Also, I came back to my hotel room around 5pm one night and my room wasn’t cleaned. When I called the operator, she said “well are you going to leave?” I found this to be unprofessional and unnecessary as I was out for 6 hours.
