First time here, very impressed with the quality of the Rooms and Facilities, the Staff are very accommodating and well versed in their work. Breakfast was small in range but very surprised by the freshness and delicious offerings in both local and western form. Some staff may not speak English as well but if you can help them understand what you want/need, they will try their best to accommodate you. I will return again to take a relaxed rest, Food is good, the facilities are enough for me. I need not venture far.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is stunning—peaceful and scenic with direct access to a beautiful beach. The facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, with a great variety and high-quality ingredients. You can truly taste the care that goes into each dish. All staff we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful—they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. We will absolutely be recommending Hotel Indigo Bintan to friends and family, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. A perfect island escape!

Felt compelled to write this review after our second long weekend stay in just over a month. Very new resort with gorgeous grounds, beautifully appointed and spacious rooms, good facilities and friendly staff. And it’s only a 10-15 min car ride from the Bintan Resort ferry terminal. The main draw card for me was the Sunjivva Spa which is shared with the neighboring Holiday Inn Resort. Experienced therapists and excellent treatments at a very reasonable price point (by Singapore standards?). Have yet to try the water activities as the sea water was contaminated the last time we were there and though sparkling clear this time, there were jelly fish warnings. Missing the pool suite and spa already! Will be back again soon for sure

Visited Hotel Indigo over the recent long weekend. The entire place was really new, the room was fantastic, and the view was great. Pick up service from the ferry terminal was seamless as well. The beach is nice and well-maintained, and reception responded to our calls quickly. Our only gripe would be that the buffet breakfast is very limited. Also on our first night at around 6pm we wanted to dine in at their in-house restaurant but were told that waiting time would be 45min to an hour. This despite the restaurant being about 1/3 full at that time. Ended up returning to our rooms and ordering room service which came pretty quickly. Dinner at Stix the second night was great. Got to book early though. Overall a good stay still, with some improvement it would surely be better.

Great hotel. Calm and beautiful area. New hotel with very comfortable rooms. The best is the kindness of personnel (in particular f&b) . Food is very good with plenty options. Great to play golf around as there are multiple great courses to visit. I recommend the atv and jetski activity as well.
