I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience, making it one of the highlights of my trip. Pros: The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to vibrant shopping districts and amazing coffee shops. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The staff truly went above and beyond—always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made a huge difference to my stay. The room itself was modern, stylish, and very comfortable. I particularly loved the shower, which was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. One of the standout features is the public onsen, offering a serene and relaxing experience. This hotel easily stands out as the best I’ve stayed at during my visit, and I would absolutely rebook in the future. Cons: Honestly, I couldn’t find any cons. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had a flawless experience. In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel with a prime location, exceptional service, and great amenities, this one is hard to beat. I highly recommend it!

Overall, we have a great stay our room assigned *luckily* located facing the mountainside as we love to check out how’s the weather outside in the morning ?. We can see partly Kiyomizu-dera from afar and the Kyoto's female "Giant Buddha." Room size’s pretty decent for us (Asians) though I’ve booked a different hotel last time with room that has more space wherein I could left my medium baggage open throughout my entire stay. ? Beds are comfortable. We don’t mind the timing of the eco cleaning schedule. Location wise - very good the bus stop is nearby and we don’t mind walking a few minutes to and fro the nearest train station. We love the front desk staff as they are really very friendly and accommodating. My brother loved the public bath ?

Me and my girlfriend lives here for an entire week, and this place was very good. Staff was welcoming and nice. We had some issues with the cleaning so that it was done the day after the initial plan - this of course caused too much trash in our room that we had to deliver to the reception. When we did so they were very friendly and took it for us. Also, this place had probably the best bathroom I’ve ever visited in Japan. Such a relaxing and luxurious place to take a shower. Very recommendable!

Awesome hotel, and the service personal is very friendly as well, absolute recommendation! but they really should ensure some rules about the washing machines. There are complete clans/big families washing for hours, without break, sometimes even 3-4 times the same clothes. One person should get one slot/week. It´s not a washing salon. Some people should behave as tourists, but that´s not the fault of the hotel of course. Just informing, don´t calculate with the option of washing here :(

Service is very good. The bedrooms are great, but very small. If you travel with more than one bag, good luck! Location is fine too if you dont mind walking 15min from the busy places
