Gorgeous centrally situated chic little hotel in Christchurch that has gone the extra distance to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The decor throughout is exceptional, both in the shared spaces and in the rooms (mine anyway, being the only one I saw!). The landings on each floor feel like you want to linger, with lovely sofas, tastefully arranged books, and even a chess set. The bathroom was the best I've seen in a hotel-fully tiled- and with nice products. All was very clean and with trams at the door. The staff are helpful and welcoming too. I did not want for anything. Reasonably priced for the standard offered, I will definitely stay again.

Really loved this place. A few teething problems as we settled in, but these were resolved quickly and they did everything they could to assist. There was a noise from the shower heater, but as they were full, they couldn't move us, so they refunded our 2 nights parking which was a really great gesture and the following day they addressed the heater issue. Would stay there again as the place is really cute. The room we had was quite small, but we were really comfortable. They also assisted with things we wanted that weren't in the room such as plates and cutlery. Would definitely go back and stay.

Great hotel, one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location for walking downtown we were glad to drop our rental car off before arriving in Christchurch. Bus dropped us off just a few blocks from here and were enjoyed walking the city for 2 days.

Easy to find, right smack in the middle of the shopping areas. There are restaurants all around it and most of all this is where the tram station is. The room is well kept and I love the bathroom and coffee set. Will definitely book again.

Early arrival - the hotel was happy to store luggage until check in time. Rooms were ready from about 2pm onwards - best to ask for an SMS to let you know when it's ready. Walking distance from most attractions in Christchurch central city- and the very famous trams also start very near the lobby from the hotel. Rooms are elegantly furnished - beds are soft and showers are hot. Please call and check if you have mobility or wheelchair concerns. Hotel has free WiFi. Thoroughly recommend. Two thumbs up!
