We had a very good experience with the service provided—truly professional and heartfelt. The service staff were extremely caring, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally hurt herself, both the doctor and service staff were quick to respond and constantly checked in to ensure she was alright. Their genuine concern and thoughtful care really stood out. They were also very accommodating to our other requests and even noticed our ferry timing, helping us extend our late check-out without us needing to ask. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel well cared for—like a home away from home. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay such a positive one.

First time in Bintan and didn’t know what to expect but the Holiday Inn far exceeded any expectations we had (family travelling with a toddler). From the moment you arrive and are greeted with a welcome drink, to easy check in, pristine clean rooms, quality exceptional service by all staff at every corner, to the facilities- for adults and outstanding for children. The kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds made our stay so much easier and enjoyable, as well as the huge variety of pools with a kids pool available too. I loved the pushbikes you could simply use to get to and from different areas as well as the beach. I loved the monkey mascot visits at breakfast as well as the display of Blippi on the huge screen. It was great we could use the pool and restaurant at Hotel Indigo just a 2 min bike ride behind also. I can’t speak highly enough and have already recommended this hotel to all of my friends because I was blown away! Another nice touch was the staff having our ferry tickets to return to Singapore ready upon check out for us. Thank you so much to all the beautiful staff at the Holiday Inn, who always greeted us with a smile from the maintenance staff to the restaurant/bar, to the hotel staff. Thank you! We can’t wait to return

Once arrival, was greeted by holiday inn staff always with a big smile and gave us a big welcome. Front desk and all the other services are outstanding. They ensure you are well taken care and pamper you like a child. Once you step in Holiday Inn Bintan, you will never try other hotels in Bintan. Hotel is super child friendly and they do have amazing indoor playgrounds for kids. Overall I would definitely come back and recommend to all my family and friends. ??

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I wish it could have been longer! The room was beautifully designed, with a thoughtful touch – a sliding door separated the bedroom from the dressing room and bathroom, creating a perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly impressed me, however, was the kids' club. The spacious indoor and outdoor playgrounds were filled with open-ended toys that allowed my little one to explore and play at their own pace. The dedicated swimming pool for toddlers was a hit, and it's clear that the property was built with families in mind. The hotel's attention to detail extended to the adults as well, with indoor entertainment options available to enjoy even on rainy days. The service was top-notch, with friendly and genuinely engaging staff who made our stay even more special. If you're traveling with toddlers, I highly recommend this hotel.Worth every penny and time spent!

This is the best Holiday Inn I have ever visited! Landscape is design beautifully. There’s bicycles provided for guest to cycle around the property, the property has pretty big compound with a nice beach- walking distance. Hotel Indigo next door looks quite grand and seems more suited for couples, while the Holiday Inn is very family-friendly, especially for younger kids. However, I feel that older kids, particularly those over 7, might benefit from more activities. Check-in was quick, and the entire reception team was friendly, polite, and welcoming. The Strawbella team crafted fantastic cocktails, making it my favorite hangout spot. The guest relations manager, Nunu, went the extra mile to help me locate a lost item, for which I am extremely grateful. Despite the hotel being at high occupancy during my stay, and the restaurant being fully booked on my first night ( my check in is around dinner time and I was with a kid), I was disappointed that the team did not inform me of this beforehand nor they provide other options. The spa menu looked interesting and reasonably priced, but unfortunately, I couldn't try it as it was fully booked. Additionally, I wasn't informed about the shuttle service or other amenities available, which is an area that could use improvement. I empathize with the housekeeping team, as I could see they were working diligently during this busy season. However, my room was not cleaned for two days, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were a few areas for improvement, my stay was enjoyable, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.
