4 Portal Way, London W3 6RT, United Kingdom
stayed at Holiday Inn for one night, including breakfast, while renewing my passport, as it was conveniently close to my consulate. My experience was great—the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Breakfast had a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The location was perfect for my needs, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. Highly recommended!
Ideal stay for a night and easy link into London. Staff were extremely helpful in trying to get us parked, which is the only issue for this great hotel: not enough parking. Not sure what we would have done if we hadn't managed to park, but we did so all was good. Will definitely consider staying here again.
5 min walk to tube station. Nice cafe and communal areas. Comfortable bed and clean room. There was a fridge, which was useful. Bathroom sink was stainless steel and felt a bit public-toiletesque, but that's just personal taste. The downside was other guests. I was in a room near a group booking and between 6am and 6.45am was disturbed by people talking really loudly in the corridor, knocking (banging) on doors and what sounded like trying to get people to wake up. Well, it worked for me which was a shame as I didn't need to be awake until 9am! I would double check that I wasn't near a group next time.
The Elevator are small also it runs so slow my days! Can’t lie the hotel needs to fix the elevator, there are 2 elevator and I have seen only one working fine that to so slow and you would get so annoyed that you would wana use stairs. There were other guests with me waiting we waited approx or more than 60- 70 seconds to get on lift.
