This is an excellent place to stay for a trip to Malaysia. Firstly, its proximity to the nearest LRT station (less than 400m) is very convenient, especially when traveling with luggage from KL Central. Secondly, the breakfast is delicious with a varied menu. Thirdly, it's near Bukit Bintang, putting many Malaysian experiences in one place (consider visiting Plaza Sungai Wang and catching the Hop-on Hop-off bus from the ticketing office there). Fourthly, the alternative food options available in the morning near the offices are varied and still affordable, which is great if you're considering lunch. Fifthly, there's a bar located at the back of the hotel, as well as an Amart for purchasing necessities goods. Lastly, the efficient lost and found department assisted me in recovering my belongings. Highly recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, with only walking distance to major attractions like Bukit Bintang and KL Tower. There is also a grocery store in the adjacent building. Their service overall is top notch. Receptionists are professional and really helpful. They make no fuss on valid requests by the guests - they are very much understanding and accommodating. Housekeeping staffs are always available and does a good job! The breakfast spread is also great and has both local and common cuisines. Its all worth the money and highly recommended!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur for a short city trip. The hotel was decent overall. Rooms were quite small but clean and well-maintained. The best part is the location—very close to the city center and just a short walk to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Staff were polite, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was decent with a fair variety. One downside was that we weren’t offered a high-floor which was disappointing. Still, a convenient option for those looking to explore the city with easy access to main attractions.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is great! Walking distance to almost all the good stuff in KL. There's Family Mart, McDonald's, grocery store, Zus Coffee, restaurant just below the hotel which is super convenient for travelers. Room size is good for 2 adults w/ 1 to 2 kids. Everything inside the room is functioning well. Love the clean and crisp linens. Buffet is okay, lots of selections. Highly recommend!

My Parents stayed in May 2025 .The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. They also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
