From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would particularly like to commend Mr Shah for their exceptional service during the check-in process. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of. Mr.Shah went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the high level of service provided by all of the staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location of the hotel. We had a GREAT stay at Hilton Garden Inn. For a 3-star hotel, you get a somewhat 5-star treatment! We were impressed by the warm atmosphere and vibe from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The amenities from Peter Thomas Roth are amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. The location might be somewhat of an issue because there was an insane amount of traffic when we stayed, but it could have been timing. The rooftop pool was great and the bar service at the pool was great too. My compliments to the management and staff at the Hilton Garden Inn. I'll be back for sure! Thank you for making our stay comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable!

Pros: Room is clean and well maintained. Service staff from guard to receptionist are friendly. Swimming pool,gym,roofdeck bar and restaurant are available. Cons: roofdeck bar staff is not accomodating. They run out of beer as early as 7pm. Management should look into this matter. Guest book a room to enjoy a klcc view from your hotel while enjoying the night with beer as well. But end up with sad story.

Very budget-friendly hotel with great value for money! The room was clean and well-maintained, even though it was a bit on the smaller side. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering a nice distant view of the Petronas Twin Towers—perfect for unwinding after a day out. One of the best things about this place is the location. It’s within walking distance to the Chow Kit LRT station, which makes traveling from KL Sentral super convenient. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The duty manager (sorry, I can't remember his name) was extremely helpful and friendly. He provided us with important local information and even recommended some car hire apps, which was very useful. I’ll definitely come and stay again!

We had an awesome time staying here! What stood out to us was the amazing customer service from the moment we arrived to the day we left for the airport. This included the friendly staff at reception as well as the kind security guards at the front. We also received regular check-in messages on how our stay was going which was appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable to stay in and the views from the roof-top of the city at night was quite cool. We really enjoyed our time in Malaysia and look forward to staying here again in the future!
