I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is easy to find on Google Maps, and there is plenty of parking available, including a basement parking lot and parking right in front of the hotel. The check-in was very fast and simple. Even though I arrived at 9:00 AM and the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, I was still able to get a room. The hotel staff were professional and very helpful. The room was small but very clean and well maintained. The room had all the basic things you need, such as a kettle, an iron, a mini fridge, a shower with lights, and a kit with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. The budget breakfast did not have many choices, but it tasted good. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, and there is even a 24-hour mini supermarket right in front of the hotel. There is also a small gym with dumbbells and a few cardio machines for guests to use. Overall, my stay was good. However, the rooms are a bit small and the price is a little high.

We love the Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi! The staff was incredible. The rooms were nice. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic. We ate there a few times. The food was so good. We loved the fact that it had to your own laundry. We love the location right down the street across from it where women selling fruits and vegetables which we loved getting.

Loved my stay here. Hotel was in a great location, away from the old town but not too far to walk, there were plenty of coffee shops near the hotel as well as restaurants and a supermarket opposite. Rooms were great with excellent air conditioning and plenty of natural light. Bottles of water were provided on a daily basis, the fridge also worked well. Staff were very friendly and some free drinks vouchers were provided for being a diamond member. I also used their same day laundry service which was excellent and good value for money. Will definitely stay here again

This hotel is right in the heart of the city, just a 10 minutes walk to the Old Quarter. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. they recommended some amazing local restaurants, showed me where Train Street is, and even gave me tips on how to take a taxi without getting ripped off (lol). There’s a free self-service laundry room, a small 24/7 convenience store, and even a business center. Honestly, it felt like home because everything I needed was right there ? I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Hanoi!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Had a really pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. Big shout-out to Nhi at the front desk – she was incredibly kind and helpful. Her warm welcome really made a difference
