I can’t say enough good things about the Hilton Auckland! The location is superb at the end of the pier. We sat in the bar area and watched the ferries and sailboats go by every night. The room was clean and modern. The service has been exceptional from the front desk, concierge and restaurant/bar staff. We reserved two room rooms: one king room and an adjoining room with twin beds for the kids. Next time we come back, there is no question that we will stay here. Kudos!!!

Would like to thank the staff and Young Song for such a great and comfortable stay. We were here for a week. The unique rooms at the "bow" of the hotel added their own entertainment with the expansive view of all the comings and goings on the harbor. The location is perfect for catching a ferry, bus or train. If looking for additional dining options there are many withing a 10 minute walk. The staff were friendly and ready to help or assist. Wonderful Stay at Hilton Auckland From the moment we arrived, the Hilton Auckland delivered a seamless and memorable experience. We were warmly greeted by William, who took care of the car with ease and a smile. Aaron at reception made check-in smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for our stay. Morgan at the bar was a delight—friendly, professional, and happy to recommend drinks that hit the spot. The real star behind the scenes was Yveline at the concierge desk, who thoughtfully helped us plan our activities and made everything effortless. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with an extensive and delicious spread. Gia and the team ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel right at home. Overall, the service was genuinely warm, the team incredibly attentive, and the hotel itself a calm, stylish base to explore Auckland. Highly recommended—the GM at Hilton Sydney would do well to get over here with his notebook !

We had a lovely time at the restaurant, food and service was amazing thanks to our waiter Julian!! Calamari and Brisket Ragu were exceptional. Beautiful setting as well. Thank you Julien for taking such good care of us!!!
