We had a lovely three-night stay at the Heritage Collection - Seah. The room was roomy enough for the two of us. The location was simply a few minutes away from the main attractions, and if you run (as we did), it was only 3 kilometers to Garden by the Bay, and few more meters to Merlion! Furthermore, you will not go hungry because the hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, as well as nice drinks and coffee Thank you to Mae for providing a hassle-free experience from enquiry to checkout. Ryan, thank you for kindly welcoming us and ensuring that our room was ready. To Shannen for making sure we were safe on our check out. And to the lady with whom we spoke briefly, we enjoyed it! (the one who informed Shannen that we are Filipinos). Plus 1000 points because Mae, Ryan and Shannen are kababayans!

Greeted by Shannen upon our arrival, we immediately felt the aura of calmness and comfort in this hotel. Despite being located near a busy restaurant, we didn't notice any noise at all, thanks to the excellent soundproofing in entire hotel. The bed quality was superb, the cleanliness was immaculate. We had very efficient communication with Mae, Shannen and Ryan via dedicated whatsapp group. They were very very very helpful :-D Been in Singapore several times, I could say this was our best stay. Thanks Shannen, Mae, and Ryan for the hospitality and excellent services!!

We were upgraded to a much bigger apartment, in the Bugis district. It was a comfortable duplex, very spacious for 2. Very calm. Good air conditioning. The washing machine was very welcoming! The communication with staff was reactive. If I return to Singapore I will definitely stay once again in one of the Heritage Collection hotels.

The room was everything we hoped our accomodation would be , and more. It"s very clean so it smells clean too, it is spacious, has everything you need for your convenience and comfortable stay, and customer service is simply flawless. They'll make sure you'll have an enjoyable stay, and if you have any concern that may arise, they are just a message away to give a quick response. It is a home away from home and it definitely contributed to our memorable experience in Singapore. Thank you very much Heritage team! ❤️
