It was an overall good 1N stay here, hotel was very huge but rooms were kind of smaller than expected. The hotel provided amenities and acceptable breakfast, also it is very near Batam Center Ferry Terminal. The hotel was although, quite old and I don't think it has been renovated since, the carpet in the room was old and dirty. But for a night of stay, I will not nitpick further. I would still stay in this hotel again if I had a chance to as it is 4* and affordable. But I just got pretty spooked by the phone ring, it is so old-style.

Stayed for a night here from 29th to 30th Mar for a short trip from SG. Central location, great service, spacious, clean and nice room too. Booked the Deluxe King Room for our stay here. A great value for money for the quality of the room and even had free breakfast that's included in the booking. Food options for breakfast were great and had quite a variety. Overall, a great experience staying here and would come back again for my next trip to Batam.

Room is big enough for 2 adults, room and restroom were clean. Housekeeper was attentive and replenished the toiletries and mineral water. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is near to malls and food stalls, don't need to walk far.

The hotel is very spacious, but the rooms could use a bit of refreshing. The bathrooms are also not well maintained, but overall the place is beautiful and offers convenient access to the harbour.
