The best meal in Batam!! Authentic Indonesian cuisine, very reasonable price. Enjoyed each every dish!

The fish, is amazing! Extremely flavourful. The rest of the dishes we ordered were great too. Went around 1.30 to 2pm (Sat), and there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. Food took a while to come for us, but personally, we think it is okay to sit there, and chill, while waiting. The food was worth the wait. Overall, good restaurant for Indo food! Quick drive to Mega Batam Mall Centre, seems like a 15-20 minutes walk to the restaurant. Really friendly staff too.

We had a relaxing late lunch at Sanur Restaurant which is near Batam Center. Tried their grilled chicken, crispy fried sotong, grilled fish and Soto ayam. All dishes are delicious and appetizing. Had to wait for a while despite being the only guests at the restaurant, I guess it was because it is off peak hours and most of the ordered food needed time to grill to perfection. It was worth the wait. Price is very reasonable.
